Lecture Series
Linden Gross is planning a lecture series in cooperation with Highland Hospital's Sexual Assault Response Team in Oakland, California . Beginning in 2003, she and attorney-at-law Eric L. Nordskog hope to produce programs for domestic violence and stalking survivors; stalkers and batterers; and professionals who work in those arenas. The lectures and workshops will offer practical and legal advice (where applicable) on such issues as:

• How to recognize, deal with, and even prevent stalking
• The relationship between stalking and domestic violence
• Privacy and safety recommendations
• Handling emotional and physical issues related to stalking and domestic violence
• What law enforcement can and cannot do for someone who is being stalked
• The role that low self-esteem plays at both ends of the spectrum
• Recognizing and fostering healthy relationships
• Developing essential communication skills
• and more.
